Quick and easy potato gratin with cheese and beans

Remoskas are famed for the baked potatoes , good crispy skins and fillings stop where the imagination does

A quick tea last night potato gratin with cheese topped with a tin of beans and sausage ...quite satisfying given the damp cold weather

For those of us without Remoska and or microwave..

1 Boil the large potatoes so they 80 to 90% cooked on a slightly oiled baking tray
2A Cut in half and finish in gas oven/grill
2B Place cut side down on the flat grilling cast iron griddle of a CADAC some oil and the lid
2C Place in a CampOven on the gas again some oil and with the lid on

Probably not quite as good but does for us !
