The lovely Mrs Coolasluck and myself have decided to visit 5 walks in the Quantocks in March and i am just wondering if anyone has visited the walks or wild camped in Crowcombe,Holford or Triscombe stone areas.
And if we get the chance to do part of the coleridge trail.
Or have you all stayed mostly up north?:)

btw... don't bend over while out on the quantocks

on a39 just before holford there are 2 lay bys one each side of road also on left in between is a parking area, often see campervans parked up for night in these 3 places. for somewhere quieter parking area at triscome stone (has lots of early morning dog walkers) or take road from over stowey to crowcombe which goes over the top of the quantocks, right on top on left parking area sheltered by trees or further on on right another parking area exposed but good view. Have stayed in last 3 places many times no trouble and others seem to park in first 3 without any trouble. hope this helps.
