Push Rivets for Habitation door

Hi
Can anyone help?
I need some push rivets to re-fix my Rapido habitation door.
So far I have 200 at a cost of €20 and none are the correct size!!!
The size tables are confusing and I cannot decide which ones might be correct.
The hole in the door is around 3mm but what depth do I require for it to secure to the door timber?
Is there perhaps a better way to fix the panel?

Below is what I am referring to.
They fit through the plastic panel and when the male part is pushed the female opens up into the wooden door lining to secure.
