Propane/gasol problem in france, help wanted

A member in my swedish club has a big problem in france. He is in a hospital (i dont now why) and his wife has run out of propane/gasol!
She has one canister from Spain and one from sweden, i dont know if she got any adapters but here is where she is: 45.065807,4.853747 and if there is someone who can give some tips in that area of places were she can get here canisters filled or a place to buy a new canister i would be grateful to here about it and send the information to her.
