problem with transformer/rectifier west london

Does anyone know where `i could get the transformer/rectifier checked out on my hymer camp swing 544? the living area battery charges whilst travelling, and the fridge and other 240v appliances work while hooked up but the battery does not charge. I live in W London and there doesn't seem to be many places to get repairs done.

I don't know anyone in the area and to be honest you'd need to find a good electronics engineer who would certainly need the circuit diagram.

These Elektroblok units seem very susceptible to slightly unstable mains supplies, in fact they now recommend fitting a surge protector to prevent damage.

Alternatively, if it's only the battery charging from the mains that's failed you could just fit an alternative battery charger.
