Do any of our members use the above ? what are your thoughts ? looks good value and not another appliance to throw in the back of a cupboard

I had a pressure cooker for years worked a treat till the seal went and I couldn’t replace it as it was so old plus it was aluminium, so I bought a new stainless steel one but the pressure release cap wasn’t very good , gave that away and bought a different make still not as good as the original ones, I have looked at the one you mention and it looks good , you can now buy different sizes the small one looks great for the van , I have been seriously considering one . You first and let me know. Maybe you would have to release pressure outside of van . But they certainly cut down cooking times especially winter stews , and does lovely ham and peas, I think I’ve just talked myself into buying one.

I have one and I love it. Just the same as pressure cooker but for me easier to use (use to wait for the other one to explode) small book of receipes which I have tried some, yes expensive but so worth it (and I dont like cooking)

As a matter if interest,
today I was in a pound shop and they were selling pressure cooker gaskets.

No - have a proper one - Swiss made Kuhon. Absolutely brilliant. Use it almost daily for soups and stews. Can adapt most recipes. Yes, release pressure outside or let it depressurise over time. It is heavy but I had a lighter and cheaper one, but it did not last long. Along with my wand blender, this is my most valued motorhome cooking device.

Yes, I use one at home all the time. Fantastic. It actually comes in three sizes and prices. Depends what you want to cook, I would go for the dearer one as it has extra automatic functions
We also bought one for our daughter who is looking for her own house. Being a bus driver with really odd shifts, it means she can have a decent meal on the table in a short time.
After sales service is good too. My one developed a fault after the warranty had run out. I phoned for advice and within a couple of days, they sent me a new one free of charge.
