I have noticed many members have left hand drive motorhomes.
What if any is the additional premium for left hand drive versus right hand drive.

I would guess it will make insurance more difficult because the norm in this country is RHD.

Try your current insurer, they will tell you.

I have been looking at various reviews of numerous brands today. The Globecar always gets great reviews and the build quality would appear to be first class.

None. My motorhome is LHD and we are insured with Safeguard. There is no difference in premium.

I agree with most here, it made no difference to our insurance having LHD, whereas having a reversing camera did bring it down.
