Posting photos on the forum.

How do you guys add a photo to your posts on the forum??

In the past I’ve always used photobucket, but the swine have added a heavy charge for 3rd party image hosting. They want $399!!!, sod that!, they’ve got about 3000 snaps of mine which I cannot download.

I use Postimage which is free Postimage.org — free image hosting / image upload

Good question. I tend to upload mine from my laptop using the paperclip.
Mind you, I'm flummoxed when using phone or iPad because I can't get the uploaded pics to drag and drop into the posting area on a touch screen, no matter how I try.
Online hosting seems like a good plan... I've got plenty of photos using free space on Google Drive and One Drive, so might give that a try instead.

Or just use the upload function built into the reply to a post....

Stopped there a good few times... As it's got en suite lead Mines to explore ;-)

That works ok on here for now, but when the updated site arrives I think it will be similar to motorhomer. Uploading via the clip next to the A works well, even giving a choice of size for the picture, though many seem to use the camera button giving images to click on like on here now.
