Pork chops with garlic seasoned Parmentier potatoes ,Sauteed beans and mushrooms in garlic with a white wine and cream sauce could be back in France served everywhere delicious ! and cooked this in my van fry off potatoes rather than in the oven tinned pots sliced work ideal
