On a recent trip to north Berwick we walked up the law and came across the ponies who were drinking water. We nearly always see them when walking the law, but this was the closest we ever got to them.

I’ve often seen semi wild ponies on the fells near Caldbeck in the northern lakes.
Haven’t a clue what breed / type but didn’t approach them as they had foals and were rather large lol.

Love that place used to love going to the top but its beyond my capability these days theirs from the top is sunning when we last went up it was full of rabbits a few goats and we only saw one pony and that was at the bottom.

Is that the place you tried to kill me Annie? Them whale bones look awful familiar!
