Definition: a politician who believes they are an 18th Century French Aristocrat. They believe they have a divine right to rule which includes; exorbitantly taxing the population (living and dead), exempt themselves from the laws they make, make laws that benefit 1% of the population whilst adversely affecting 99% of the population.
