Why have all my poi`s changed from rc,ph,uc, lr, ect, to all, ?, on my mobile , tablets are ok.
 
Assuming you're referring to the app I suspect the POI database on the phone is corrupt.

Please try refreshing the POIs and see if that helps.

I have uninstalled it got the new activation code for the app but it's the same. If you click on them they tell you what they are but as I said only show as ?.it was ok when I first downloaded it last week. Ps it's only faulty on my mobile
 
I still believe your problem is caused by a corrupt download of the POI data.

Please restart the phone, don't uninstall, and then try updating the POIs again.

If the problems persist please use the Contact Us option on any web page to open a support ticket.
