Places to stay near Peterborough

Going to Peterborough show this weekend looking to travel down today from East Yorks looking for somewhere to stay for a couple of nights. Would like somewhere quiet with somewhere to walk the dogs, pub nearby would be excellent. Dont mind paying a small amount just begrudge the 20 or 30 pounds that some people like to charge.

Cannot help with Peterborough I am afraid but if you are doing Bath, Southern Counties and 3 Counties Shows, I have almost completed our itinerary of stopovers. I can pass on info if required.

BTW If you have entered anything in Pug Minor Puppy dog, you are wasting your time as our little lad will walk it.
