Pizza no oven required!!

I came up with this earlier, ok at home but no reason why it wouldn't work in a frying pan.

The garlic cheese pizza a £1 from Asda!! the pepperoni another quid

Project in hand now is to reproduce a pizza I enjoyed in France seafood ..Never been able to replicate anywhere else

A naughty pizza, one thin based garlic bread with cheese , I have no oven so heated the base on my taha (chapatti pan) until browned,,,added the pepperoni and a bit more mozarella, a sprinkle of herbs de provence...an popped under the grill it actually worked...and the base tasted quite authentic

Because I am a cocky twat, to give an Italian a pizza with confidence takes belief , balls and a bit of cheek ....bring it on !!
