As a lover of home made pizza (we have a wood fired pizza oven that we used to use for landrover events we organised)
And not fancying pizza ing in the rain....
Thought I'd try a pizza stone for the oven inside...
To say I was sceptical would be an understatement, however after buying one of these...

Available in smaller sizes too that would fit in a van oven...
Pre make your dough (10 minutes to do) stick in the fridge ready to make your own delish (IMHO) pizza with fab fresh ingredients.
Now in process of looking at buying a Unii portable wood fired oven ;-)
