Pine wood colour - white to orange - how to stop please?

I'm doing some changes in my van.

The furniture board I used in my van is a light wood colour (and is stable as far as colour is concerned). I have made some changes using ordinary pine which is currently the same colour as my furniture board. As most people know, pine will colour with age to an orange colour. What product or how can I stabilise the pine colour to stop it changing please?

Any useful help gratefully appreciated.

Thanks

Exterior grade polyurethane varnish is about as good as it gets. It's almost certainly going to change colour...

Simple... You can't!!!

It's a sun/UV thing, I clad one wall of our bedroom to match the MDF wardrobe doors and coated with quality varnish, but within a year it had darkened, now the only light bits are where pictures and a mirror hang!!

Thanks for the posts guys.

I thought there was some sort of white wax that could be used to slow up the oranging of the pine. Anyone come across some thing like this?

Thanks
