Well.... Ingleborough is close to Ribblehead and hosts some of the country's most interesting underground scenery....Ingleborough Show Cave, with nearby Gaping Gill, and on the road to Ribblehead, the White Scar Cave System.

The Ingleborough Show Cave involves a mile walk to reach it and here are some photos from my recent visit. Next time I'm in the Ribblehead area, I'm doing the White Scar Cave.




If you are interested in getting there - you have to walk from this point (only permitted traffic is allowed to drive to the cave entrance).
