I agree, total waste of time, petitions have been going on since I can remember.

Unlike on the continent where they can see the value to the community, British councils seem to be run by a bunch of thickos on the make.

I heard that Knaresborough in Yorkshire have a carpark that they have made motorhome friendly. Small fee. Don't know if there is water or emptying point.
