Getting water from the bourne when a hugh British RV arrives so waited till it had finished went for another can and he,d emptied his black waste down the grey drain and left the grid choked up with toilet paper this morning there where 2 councilmen discussing it seemed neither was willing to clean it

Getting water from the bourne can i ask what the Bourne is as i am not familiar with the term.
is there an aire at penzance if so where.

Pride or Ignorance

Penze is a beautiful little Aires near to Roscoff and a favourite of ours either end of a French trip. The village have provided parking and good clean toilets along with a fairly old but useable Bourne for loo emptying and a grid for grey water. It beggars belief that someone could be so selfish to be spoil this place, sometimes you have to agree the anti campervanners have a point even if it relates to the few not the many. The problem is it is the actions of the few which get noticed. One wonders how these people live at home? Rant over.

'Borne' is the French word for a camping car service point ...

Just hope it was a one off .
Filling water tank in France recently guy wandered over with his cassette . He then decided he couldn't wait any longer and started to unscrew the lid . I told him not to . He appeared to agree .

It,ll be a one off until he wants to empty his tank again then it,s bound to happen again. He could have cleaned up after.plenty of pressure at the tap to hose it away but he just couldn,t be bothered

Question here as never had a black tank. Don’t they have macerators fitted to slurrify everything? Would still need swilling down but I didn’t think it would leave toilet paper if they do have macerators.

Certainly a problem having a black tank, they're not catered for in Europe.
