Park and ride Dover road Canterbury

There used to be a " latest entry time" at the park & ride but on website it shows 24hrs now .Tried calling the council. .twenty mins later, still holding.

Has anyone been there recently and arrived after 7.30 pm...or noticed any signage. Don't want to get there to find it closed...

We were there 18 months ago and don't recall a latest time. Had no problem at 5:30pm.

There is good spot near Chartham, Cockeridge Road, it's a Carpark amongst trees.

It was good when we stayed there.
Like most on here, I too, am lazy/forgetful/not inclined, whatever, to leave reviews. Yes, I know, we should but very few members do, probably for same reasons I listed above.

Used to be 20.30 but i`ve seen people enter way after that time.

True if latecomers park near you...we tend to find a corner in the overflow or even the main carpark ( smaller van) away from others especially as we will be leaving early hours.

Be careful Ruth, when we was there last August, they was putting tickets on vans parked in the main car park at 9.00am, clearly they had stayed overnight in the main car park and not the motorhome car parks

You are ok in the main car park but only from late until early approx 21.00 to 06.00 which is outside the usual park and ride commuters times.

We`ve moved several times onto the main after 22.00 because some dickhead has parked that close we`d struggle to open the door and left early doors normally 04.00 for the ferry or coming home, never been a problem and security knew was was there.

I know people push it, with the attitude .....................................what`s wrong with 06.30 which becomes ..............................well it`s only 07.00 .................................... come on it`s only 08.30 i had a few bevvies last night you know and so on.
