Had these two paintings done at a free campsite in Kaltenkirchen near Hamburg in July, cost €100 each

The trouble is that you may lose an awful lot more than 200 Euros when trade in time looms. ;)

you need to get to morocco . just about every camper as paintings done some much bigger than those . very nice . cant do pics or i woukld put mine up. lifes for living . dont take much to take them off if needed. makes a brighter day if we dont all have clone vans. keep up the good work. cheers alan.

I like them :):)

i've just had a quote for my van to be graffitied... i did want specific things on it but wasn't bothhered about them being too lifelike, such as our one eyed dog, a tortoise, and a black and white cat... on and a volcano and rainbow, the quote came back at between £800 and £2000 for the whole van, which is more then the van cost...:eek::eek::eek:

my friends just said to park it in newcastle city center :D

then my other half decided to tell me he's a relapsed artist and showed me some of his work.... I won't be paying up to £2000 or parking in any city center now :D

Looks the part David,:cool: don't worry about the negative comment:( you could easily remove it if and when required, although I suspect that you may be keeping your van for the duration.
Looks good:cool::)

Hi graham, You hit the nail on the head. It is the last MH. Will do until I have my licence revoked for blindness or legs not able to push the clutch and break pedals or fingers not able to blink right or left.

i can certainly recomend morocco for paintings . they work on the van in campsites or on the beach. for not much more than 2 grand you could go down in a winter and have a sunny holiday and stay warm all winter. just about every one i know as a mural of something . alot have them done on their satalight dishes .go on start packing best time to cross is mid or early dec . see you there. cheers alan.

Not really a negative comment, more a warning to others who may not realise the fact. Removing invariably leaves a blemish and it almost certainly will reduce the value of a van.

Saying that, if you are happy and the cost is not an issue then fine, I quite like the old Muriels (sic)myself but only in moderation, a bit like tattoes.

Hi David & ann.
Your murals look really good, gives your motorhome an identity.:)
Regards Nolly.

Horses for Courses really isn't it ,you either want then or you don't, I wonder if it would be better to have the removable decals made like you see at the shows,they are very artistic and I guess you could get them off your van easier at time of sale if you wanted to.
