P&O Ferries Website Problem.

Has anyone else had problems trying to reset their password on the new P&O Ferries webiste ?

I`ve been trying to sort it out for months now and tried eveything they`ve suggested to no avail, they just say they aware of some pople having problems trying to reset their password.

I received another email off them last night saying the problem had been sorted, went on the new website tried to reset password and failed yet again

Can't help specifically with your problem but, as I tend to have security settings set to paranoia mode, I do have problems from time to time with 'things' not working and have to switch off security temporarily. This includes accepting 3rd party cookies, no ad blocking and accepting trackers. Have you tried deleting browsing history, cookies, cache, site settings. Also, some sites don't like certain browsers, so try a different one such as Opera, Vivaldi or Firefox.

I`ve tried eveything including doing it stark bullock naked whilst whistling Yankee Doodle Dandy

I`m using Google Chrome with Windows 10 which is the one they suggest anyway but still get nowhere however .....................................

I`ve manage to set up a new account using a very old email address which i haven`t used for years so nothing ever goes to it apart from P&O emails now

I don't know you personally Trev, but I note that you get a fair bit of teasing for your linux affiliation. Well, up to now I have kept my head under the parapet but here goes:
