overflow pipe leaking?

Hi

i have a autocruise starspirit 2004, and in my main fresh water tank i have a overflow pipe which is leaking (dripping) from under the van. i have not at any time overfilled this tank, so i am a bit puzzled by this?. it is definitely coming from the overflow and not the drain plug.

Can you trace the overflow pipe all the way to where it enters the tank so that you are sure that it is actually an overflow?
If it is an overflow then water sloshing about in the tank might have entered the pipe.
It might be a drain pipe from a pressure relief valve or a Truma frost protection valve.
