Fish and chips in Moelfre and quick visit to Lligwy (Absoloute bedlam) then on to Parys Mountain for a wander around the copper mine remains,
Then walk the dogs at Cemlyn Bay before back to base... And wine and a spot of Jubilee watching...
Hard work this ;-)

Ah Pizza.
Just had a very nice pizza a la Ridge Monkey !
1 Fry up finely chopped onion mushroom and tomato on the RM.
Remove.
2 Tepid water and a bought pizza base mix, and mix !
3 Flatten the dough and stretch it into the monkey.
4 Spread the vegetables over the dough.
5 Add sliced chorizo (or similar) and some sliced cheese (cheddar suits us)
6 Wait up to 1hr for the dough to expand (our packet dough used baking powder)
7 Cook on a very low heat but with occaisionally a touch more heat.
And move about so all the pan corners gets heated !

The base was cooked but not hard/burnt. The topping was cooked and the cheese melted.
Will repeat !
