Out & About this weekend?

Is anyone out and about this weekend. I was thinking of going to Aldeburgh... can't even get the van up the road!
 
No snow here - yet!

I'll be sat by the log fire with a beer tonight, then maybe a quarter mile trek to the pub at lunchtime tomorrow :D

no snow for us but its freeeezzzzziiinng the brass monkeys are keeping there assets under wraps . might have a walk over the nature reserve and onto the beach tommorow though

We were going to head off around the Cumbrian coast last week, then something cropped up and we had to cancel.

Just as well as we would have been stuck over there, or somewhere else. There would have been no chance of getting the van back on the driveway (or the estate for that matter)

There is a lot of snow here now and a lot more to come. :(
 
Had to pop into Tesco. We live deep in a valley. Got half way up the hill, cop turned us aroud as road was closed further. Took another route a couple of miles approached another hill. At least 8 cars at a standstill. They could not make it to the top. Turned around again and had a 3rd and final option to get out of the village, made it up the hill and got to tesco. On the way back i took the normal route which was the first hill, this time it would be going downhill. Got to a point another cop at the other end turned me around, road blocked. So back to the 3d hill to get home. Tesco is 3.5 miles away and usually takes 20 minutes there and back. It took me 1hr 45m round trip. (ICE)
 
shopping is the only thing i am worried about .i just hope asda dont pull there delivery vans off the road s due to the bad weather :mad: just have to order a little more on the next delivery ;):D:D
