The previous owner called it Mabel and although we aren't in the habit of naming our vehicles its sort of stuck.Anyway, here she is in all her glory, if you see us on the road give us a toot
Thanks, she's been a bit out of sorts this year, new head gasket, new clutch, had to get a new exhaust because it blew as we were coming into Fort William last week but shes as good as ever now. Heres to many more years yet!!
Thanks guys, no it isnt amphibious lol though it might have been useful in the weather we had. Thank goodness for goretex or I would have had rising damp. Yes I do love Mabel, she's cosy and usually reliable and you can hang a lot of stuff on her :juggle:. I must admit I do gaze wistfully at Hymers when I see them but not in front of Mabel
We got a highwayman too. Its a great van and its got all we need for now. Its got bags of character and its took a few knocks. Yours looks in great cindition and well cared for .
