Thanks, she's been a bit out of sorts this year, new head gasket, new clutch, had to get a new exhaust because it blew as we were coming into Fort William last week but shes as good as ever now. Heres to many more years yet!!

I can tell you have a lot of affection for Mabel and I think you get quite attatched to them.

I wonder how many members shed a tear when they have to part with their beloved campers.
After all they carry a gret deal of memories.

Thanks guys, no it isnt amphibious lol though it might have been useful in the weather we had. Thank goodness for goretex or I would have had rising damp. Yes I do love Mabel, she's cosy and usually reliable and you can hang a lot of stuff on her :juggle:. I must admit I do gaze wistfully at Hymers when I see them but not in front of Mabel

We got a highwayman too. Its a great van and its got all we need for now. Its got bags of character and its took a few knocks. Yours looks in great cindition and well cared for .

Your van is your home on the road, when you get rid of one it's like moving home or selling your house, especially if you've used the van lots.
