Another bottle of Red?? Keeps you in a constant state!!

Lots of water, some of the Energy drinks will help replace sugar and hydration with a caffeine kick

best hangover cure is the biggest greasiest fry up you can handle followed by some hard work,ask any builder
 
Plenty of water
Glass of orange juice (Vit C)
Paracetamol 2*500mg tabs
Neurofen *2

Repeat in four hours

Thanks all ......starting to feel like my head belongs on my shoulders:rolleyes2:, and I can actually string a sentence together again. Oh what a night :scared: Anyway we managed to do lots to the van today the inside almost finished cant believe how easy it was to transform. We now have to do some jobs on the outside. Looking forward to meeting up next week as I havent actually been out in it yet for a drive.

drink plenty of fluids you will be dehydratedplenty of water water and more water should make you less than bad and the :hammer::hammer::hammer: may stop
 
I'm pleased to hear the van is coming along nicely.

I bet you can't wait to get out there again.

That is if you are taking them for a period of time. You should no take NSAIDs for any length of time especially if you have stomach problems. You need to be careful if you have Asthma. Paracetamol is safe taken in low doses but about ten tabs will take out your vital organs and kill you. Taking two doses 4hrs apart will do the average person no harm. If you are old enough to own a motorhome I am guessing you will know if you are sensitive to either drug.
