"Other" places to park

I've only done this twice but it worked both times. I went to the local marina and asked if I could park on their car park as if I was a 20 foot boat and I paid for the privilege. Got me a code for the shower block too.

Once was Chichester Marina and the other out beyond Ipswich at Levington. Marinas usually have very large under used car parks and are interested in your cash.
 
Hey thats a good one. Never thought of that I find most owners of land are happy to allow us to park up over nite as long as we ask and leave the area clean.

Yeah agreed this is a personal tried & tested method abroad with great success never tried here tho - cant think whynot!
