oswestry bad weather?

Hi

Off to hospital to get wisdom tooth out this afternoon:( Mind you some people I know would say I need wisdom teeth put in:D But then getting van ready for a trip down to ellesmere shropshire border area. Got a couple of good wee spots in oswestry from this site a while ago one of which has great views. But was watching Carol the weather on beeb news this morning and she was talking gloom and doom weather for middle of week for that area to include SNOW:eek: Is it me or did everyone else think we'd seen the back of all that stuff. Anyone else in that area hear anything?
 
missus told me that its expected up here in wigan!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Inbetween the heavy rain, we have snow forecast in Herefordshire - and sleet in Pembrokeshire. Perfect timing for an Easter jaunt... NOT!
 
it is a shame that was lookin forward to gettin away myself looks like its a week of pishin it down basically....
 
looks like i picked the wrong week to start the rust treatment on my van too! :eek:

On the internet weather it said snow on wednesday, but on itv Wales weather it says rain, and we are getting rain and mist just now here outside Welshpool.
Hope the tooth removal is painless:eek:

We got the snow, but not settling at the moment, it's rained on and off all day, and it's cold. Some brighter patches around so could be short lived.
Pioneer, weather at 5.15pm, Welshpool.

Heavy rain, gales and a little sleet - but starting to brighten up now with even a hint of blue sky to the north.
 
Snow coming down heavy 5.45pm 20 mins from Oswestry, supposed to be of to Pembrokeshire in the morning:mad: May end up heading north to Scottish ski resorts.

HI is heading to Pembrokeshire tomorrow for a few days. At least the forecast is for milder weather - 9 deg on Saturday (wow!).

What a difference a day makes, the sun is out this morning in Mid Wales, cold, but nice in the sun:D A few clouds around, but I think time to get the ladder out and clean the MH roof, ready for the summer outings:cool:
Overnight we had a little snow, sleet and rain, and to top it all a little frost early morning, don't you just love living in GB;):rolleyes:
I feel sorry for all those folks that have been caught up with the bad weather all over the UK, some of the pics on the News have shown some horrendous weather.
