Order the Wye Valley Iced Tea

Currently at The Hereford Rowing club meet-up and I’d like to recommend their Wye Valley Iced Tea from the club house

We were once in a yacht club in Allmeria in Spain and asked for ice tea, the waiter brought a pot of tea then a jug of ice and just poured the ice into the tea pot. I think he was trying to tell us they didn't want us there

Tetley 'Ice Tea' is nice but it needs to have a good head on it, best served in a pint glass

How long ago in Almeria? Was iced tea actually on the club's menu at the time, or was it a 'special request' from you?

I'm just thinking that Spain is very much a coffee drinking country and tea does not have a great tradition there?

Also thinking that you might have had better luck at one of the proper Moroccan tea rooms rather than a yacht club!

Long Island iced tea is very nice.

It was about 2005. No idea if it was on their menu at the time but I guess not. We were thinking of a can of Lipton’s iced tea
