Tonight had a root about wanted something reasonably quick so a seafood risotto....it turned out quite nice I shall do it again deliberately next time

Channa those maggots look tasty.:lol-053:,every night just before i go to bed you do this to me and i cannot sleep with my empty tummy going round like a washing mechine.

I hope you have used proper risotto rice like ARBORIO, and good chicken stock and a bottle of white wine to soak up the rice with.:cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1:

Indeed I did, Arborio rice (cant you tell ?) a splash of white wine, and chicken stock. !!! I am being teased by a pal of mine Antonio Napolitano let you guess his ancestry and he his extolling the virtues of Carpaccio ...squeeze of lemon and a twist of pepper
