Breakfast
One-Pan Veggie Scramble- Ingredients: 2 eggs, diced onion, bell pepper, spinach, salt & pepper.
- Method: Crack eggs into the pan, add veggies, stir and cook until set.
Lunch
Pan Toasted Sandwich- Ingredients: Bread, cheese, deli turkey or chicken, optional tomato.
- Method: Assemble sandwich, toast in the same pan on low heat until golden.
Dinner
One-Pot Pasta- Ingredients: Pasta, canned tomatoes, garlic, frozen spinach, shredded cheese.
- Method: Put pasta and tomatoes in the pan, add water to cover, cook until pasta soft. Stir in spinach and cheese at the end.
Snack
- Use the pan to lightly toast nuts or make a quick fruit sauté with a little butter.
