Omnia baking tray recipes for veggies.

I would appreciate being advised or pointed to where I could get veggies recipies for the Omnia baking tray. I have the tray mainly to bake bread buns. I go solo for long hiking trips with a small stove in a Citroen Berlingo micro camper. I have looked at their recipe book but there area lot of meat recipes in it
