If it's not a Tabbert, then possibly an Arnold.
The front light is almost certainly Merc. 207d
or 307d or 210 petrol model, ie Type 1.
Could be an experimental Swift project van though for
testing out sealants, rained when it got to Belgium,
and had to be abandoned.

More pics
I drove past today and took a couple more pics. All it tells me is that it is a Merc.
It's too close to the wall to get a pic of the other side.
Also, the registration plate is a new one oddly. That format started only about 5 years ago.
