Offside door, rear kitchen?

I'm looking to get a new motorhome. At present have a Mclouis glen 440 which is 2.21m wide and 6 metres long.

The new van could be anything up to 7 metres long and 2.30 wide. It really is a tight squeeze on my drive. The habitation door must be on the drivers side otherwise when parked I wont be able to get out as the cab doors are between the house and a wall.

The layout I want would be a large lounge area at the front and a rear kitchen. The layout of an Autotrial trecker EKS is good apart from the door on the wrong side and the width of 2.35 would possibly be too tight. Anything 2007 - 20011. A 2.8 or 3.0 engine would be nice.
Overcab bed or even a drop down bed. 90% of the time it would sleep 2 but we sometimes take others with us, so need occasional 4 even if only room for an airbed.

Would like under 3500kg so the wife can drive it, but not a deal breaker as she would take a further test if needed ( how much is the test? is it easy?)
Fiat or Merc with 6 speed or auto. Would like cab air con.
Any ideas please what would suit or what makes have offside doors?

I suspect most continental makes will have offside habitation door. My Rapido 9048DF does.

What about a Hymer. B544 is 6mts, comes with a rear kitchen and some have the dinette and some also with a side lounge

Thanks, most on ebay are A class, but will keep checking.

Are more suggestions please?
