offline translator needed

To download whole websites to view offline I use Website Downloader for Windows. All I need now is an offline webpage translator for site like CAMPINGCAR-INFOS . Any suggestions?

It seems you could also put it upon an USB stick.
( I never ever used it, so I cannot judge about it )

At a guess you will probably have to cut and paste the sections you want translated to a text file and then use that text file with
an online translator.
