Offline POI Info?

Do I remember reading that the POI info will be available offline soon, or did I make this up in my mind.

Anyone know an update on this?

I am still in the process of try to sort this out.

I spent a few hours on Monday on a conference call between me, the developers and mapbox. I am now waiting for a response from their licencing team.

You can still use the data on Maps.me offline if you wish.

A different option

Is to install Maps.me onto a smartphone or better still a tablet (Screensize) and then download the "KML files".
Just make sure you load all the UK maps you need when you have a good internet connection (eg at home or a camp-site)

You can choose which POIs you want to display and maps.me has a "route to" option
