Off at last!!!!

Due to work commitments :sad: we've not been able to get away since the start of January but this weekend we actually have 4 days off, so thought we'd pop down to Cornwall for a few days, thinking start of at Widemouth Bay then may go to Polkerris/Fowey for a night too........can't wait:wacko: May even get a spot of fishing in too

Arrived home last night after a fantastic weekend. Thanks to the person on here who recommended Widemouth Bay carpark, perfect spot to park up....photo's to follow

Just a note - the carpark at the very end of Widemouth Bay, I think it may be Black Rock....it has large visable signs saying no overnight camping/sleeping. We pulled up at 6.30am for a few minutes to watch the waves and within a moment, we had a man knocking quite fiercly on our van asking us what we were doing there & informing us he was the owner of the carpark, we assured him that we had only just arrived and he could feel the heat of our engine, he wasn't rude, but quite abrupt and shone his torch right in our face......definately not one to return to, whatever time of day of night
