Number of web site visits per month?

Hi Guys and Gals. How many visits does Wildcamping.co.uk get per month? Must be shown somewhere!!

Ask Phil, Admin, he is approachable (sometimes) lol, no really Phil is fine, he may supply you with the answer

Any trouble from you guys and I will start a new thread on self refilling standard gas bottles,generators or failing that post pictures of campsites!!!

Hi phil.
Thanks for your quick reply to my thread.
I am talking with the French Maurienne tourist office about an 8 day ski lift pass covering 20 resorts which may be used non consecutivley .
I am suggesting to them that this would suite motorhomers and that I would like to post information on my March 2012 trip on Wildcamping.
I am asking them for information relevent to us motorhomers and if any concessions would be available.
They have asked me how many members and how many visits your web site gets.

you probably already know this, so sorry but I'll put it anyway.

Google Analytics | Official Website its free, i found it a little tricky to set up at first, but then, i'm not very clever but good at lifting things.:dance:

gives a full report on all website traffic, where from, by which route........loads of info. obviously only can be connected to by phil.
thought it might be worth mentioning

Yep thats what I do use as it gives much better filtering.

Ok then.

This site is seasonal so I will give you a monthly average from 1st Dec 2010 - 30th Nov 2011. (total divided by 12)
This data does not include hits made by search engine spiders and I will round it to the nearest thousand.

Total visits : 86,000
Total unique visitors : 55,000
Total page views : 432,000

Its a shame that some of the 55,000 unique visitors (55% new visitors) dont register for the site, but as I no longer use limited guest viewing and everywhere is open, I suppose they do not need to.
