Not watched the tv performances
I know it is not everyones cup of tea

polly fwiw i have dreamcatchers all over the place and i sleep soundly :) plus sleepers lol, sometimes alcohol!!!!!;)

I no longer believe in Spiritualists. :(

I paid £20 for a ticket to see one and when I got there, the sign in the window said "Closed due to unforseen circumstances". :p
 
i once rung a clairvoyant, made an appointment, but when she asked my name i thought not very good is she at this clairvoyancy thing!

These people are out there its just finding the genuine from the too many charlatans.The genuine people dont want money for their gifts,my mother was freindly with one years ago,its a long story but she was amazing and genuine.
I remember reading the books by Doris Stokes many many moons ago too!!

Clairvoyant means "Clear vision", doesn't mean fortune telling, Spiritualism means the part of our lives out side the physical, not necessarily what is going to happen tomorow or the day after. Not just about connecting with people who have ended the physical part of their lives either. We all have a spiritual aspect to our lives and although in our modern society we often neglect it, it is still there, waiting to be awakened. You go to your Psychic and enjoy Polly, but remember that a lot of what she says is open to misinterpretation, by her and by the people who are listening. BTW, my wife Jenny makes Dreamcatchers, she was taught by a man who learned from a Native American, but when Jenny makes them, she blesses them with Reiki.;)

Something puzzles me here Norris, I am a half blood Native American and Amoung other things, I make Dreamcatchers in the old way, the true way. What I can't get to grips with is: what in the universe has Reiki to do with it?

Hi Paol, what has Reiki to do with it? Whatever you want it to have to do with it, wise one. Although many people consider Reiki to be a healing art, it is actually a form of energy channeling, and an object, room or a building that has been blessed with Reiki will hold that energy for a long time, and can give off an aura that is conducive to peace. Since a Dreamcatcher is aimed at a peaceful nights sleep, blessing it with Reiki seems quite appropriate. Call it belt and braces if you like.
