We have been away for three weeks now in the van. The other day, my wife wanted to go to the laundrette in the nearby town,so off we went! After about half a mile she suddenly exclaimed, "Oh no, I've forgotten the soap powder!" ,so I pulled over ready to turn around and go back.
"Where have you left it", I said. " It's in the cupboard above the fridge, in the van",she replied.
Then we both realised that we were actually in the van, and burst out laughing!
Has anyone else had a similar lapse of memory?
