I was recently parked in a designated 'car park' with my wife and our 3 dogs, sitting enjoying the fine evening and having a coffee when 'Jobsworth' turned up! 'Jobsworth' looked about 12 and a might too skinny for His Forrest warden [or whatever] uniform. He assumed that we were 'camping' and said "You can't stay here, you have to go to a proper site". I smiled and replied, "we are here to walk the dogs is all". Not sure what to do next, or whether he should just go, He hesitated for a few moments and finally found His voice Just long enough to mutter something about 'new regulations' and that overnight stops were no longer allowed. I have not checked this out as I don't wild camp in the New Forrest. Doe's any body know if you can or can't 'stop overnight' there? Or have you also met Mr Jobsworth elsewhere? Paol. [LaughingHeart]
PS, See; 'Invitation to my meet'
