Surely this is greater than 3.5T. Loads of people interested in it though!
 
Just checked the brochure (as you could too)and yes it's 3500 kg so can be driven on a normal car licence.The problem I can see is being a 6 berth a novice could potentially overload it while they hire it if they load it for maybe six adults?
 
Had a look at the brochure too. That's gonna be cosy with six adults.

Yes, I could of checked, I was parked up having a quick brew in the work van, snapped a couple of piccys and put them on here cos I thought people might be interested and was then getting on with my day
 
Why did I bother downsizing I could have just had the Laika re-plated at 3500kg. Payload would have been Ok at 150kg. Only time it will ever come up is if you have a serious accident. Serious accidents are caused by people who know nothing about payloads in MHs. As was said earlier keep well clear.

They are not actually breaking the law because it could be rented out to someone who only needs it to transport 2 adults and 3 very small children with 10 ltrs of water and a very very small overnight bag.
