Hi All,
Firstly Hello, as I'm new here...not new to wild camping tho...but I'm hoping to find lots of nice spots now!

As our campervan is getting on she is a 1994 merc 308 high roof lwb and will be for sale if anyones interested?? Back on track...does anyone know if Nordstar campers are up to the job? they are made in Sweden, and with the winter temps up there being very cold by our standards I was wondering what experience anyone had with these particular models, thanks in advance of favourable replys.

Best Regards, northstar :)

Hi,

we've got a Nordstar in 2002 and can only confirm that they are up to the job! They are meant to be good to -35 - not that we've tried it. They have central heating with warm water being pumped around the whole camper and it get's lovely warm in there. The pipes also run underneath the bed in the alcove, so there's no cold air under the bed. I believe some of the newer models come with underfloor heating by the kitchen area.

Let me know if you want more specific information.

Good luck and happy camping
