I have a Nordelettronica NE143_DU caravan / camper charger that is faulty. On power up, it outputs 12.3V for 2 seconds and then the voltage drops to 11.5V and three seconds later, it shuts down. When it shuts down, the output voltage goes to zero and the Red LED on the control board comes on. I checked the transformer, TR4 and the 12V supply to the control circuitry is ok and I have changed C11 (1uF 250V). Does anyone have a circuit diagram, circuit description or fault finding guide for this power supply? Thanks.

Haven’t got a diagram sorry but we had the same controller in our last van that did similar things, you can buy an upgraded board for it. The control board was a simple swap out but then you have to alter some wires in the fuse board.
The guy selling them was really helpful. And at one point I had him in the phone talking me through it.
I’ll see if I can find a link for you

Those are not good chargers, best to dump and fit a smart charger and run everything of the batteries, including a inverter if required.
Newmax do one which has duel outputs, one outpoot for hab batts and second for strter bat.

Friend used this company for inspection / repair of his Swift motorhome unit. He was well pleased with the service he recieved.

The problem with them is they are not smart battery chargers and do more harm than good, they only float charge at around 13.4/7v, batteries require a 14.4v full charge and pulse to desufate the plates.
