HI guys some help needed please i'm coming from Stranraer A75 on Wednesday 2nd of May to Keswick in the lakes for a M C C club rally on Thursday the 3rd of May at 2pm. So i am looking for a safe night stop between Dumfries and Carlisle on wednesday night the 2nd May

why not try this one near to Gretna and the border;;;

Take the B724 coast road from Dumfries to Annan...plenty of places along that road.....The dead end road past Powfoot golf club has plenty of room at the roadside......NOT the car park (height barrier)
