Where are you staying? Looks amazing, we’re always looking for new sites on the coast up that way, our fave in Trefor is closed now because of boggy fields (we have had a LOT of rain mind ). We never saw the sun all day yesterday down In Aberystwyth

Lovely evening tonight AND beach to ourselves....

Dogs flaked out after salvaging tennis balls and seaweed stalks...
Cleared a basket of plastic washed up after the stormy weather of the last couple of days.

Yup.... 2 perfectly good tennis balls washed up with the seaweed/fishing detritus and general plastic (to be honest the bulk of what I picked up was off fishing boats)

Chap I know from carrick sailing club hit a submerged 40ft container which holed his yacht, he had to tie onto it stopping him from sinking until the lifeboat got him, another chap from larne got towed along for a while with his nets, reckon it was a sub from Scotland going down the Irish sea, you just never know whats out there.
