Dunno Barry. If it's been well looked after it should be pretty reliable, there ain't too much to go wrong with them compared to modern cars.
Compared to what we have available now I think it's bloody awful, however when the chap built it there wasn't much available I'm sure he got a lot of pleasure out of it so good for him .
Should of had it tuned then.my first camper when i only had 2 kids was one of these. morris gown van . painted it red , put some windows in , we loved it
till it came to driving it . it was horrible,drove like a boat . still ,£40 ,what did i expect ?

Front wheels only fell of because as normal folk did not grease the swival/king pins, same as skoda estelles.About as basic as it gets, plugs n points or it may have been converted to catholicism, front wheels had a tendency to fall off.
