We spent the night in the Mountain Bike Trailhead car park, as far away from entrance as you can get - nice view too. We arrived late when most of the riders had gone - no problems. I then got up early to ride the trails and left BH in bed, and when I got back there were plenty of cars in car park - so make sure you have clear exit out of your parking spot as it will get busy at weekends.
