yay eventually got my new van today (well new to me), Its a nissan vanette cargo. To be honest the vans a complete dog but i like a project :D

a bit about the van

its got dents
needs a battery
only half a exhaust
door locks missing
engine leaks oil
brake lines need changing
rear brakes dont work
paint work is in rag order

thats all i can think of for now, but all in all its reasonably solid so ive got a coupla weeks of hard graft just to give me a decent baseline to get started on the conersion
oh and piccies to follow

I had one of these...I would invest in a pair of ear muffs...that engine between the front seats kills a conversation...

unfortunately i havnt been able to start on my van yet as my workshop is closed as its having the floor painted, but the time waiting has made me think about doing a engine swap on the van, so i can have a bit more oomph, has anyone here done a swap and if so what engine did you use please
